Our membership fee is $30.00 for individuals and families, $55 for organizations and groups. Adult Self Advocates are entitled to membership free of charge. Membership includes a vote at the MDSS Annual General Meeting, news and information from MDSS, free or reduced admission to most MDSS events held throughout the year.
**Membership remains active for a term of one year commencing on the date the membership application and payment are received.**
Please Note: Personal information provided on this form is used to mail correspondence and information to members. Email is used to update members on current news, events and other information. Date of birth is used to determine age-appropriate programming / topics for chat nights, parent networking sessions, conferences, etc.
